Proctoring Options

1. On-Site Proctoring

This traditional method involves candidates taking their tests at our dedicated, secure facilities under the direct supervision of a human proctor. It is highly recommended for high-stakes assessments that demand strict, physical oversight.

Secure Environment:The testing room is free from distractions and restricts access to phones, outside materials, and unauthorized individuals.
Security Protocols:Proctors verify IDs prior to testing, and CCTV footage is temporarily retained for added security.
Support & Logistics:Sessions must be scheduled in advance, and on-site staff provide immediate troubleshooting for any computer or technical glitches.

2. Live Online Proctoring

This secure remote option uses a human proctor to observe candidates in real time using their webcam, microphone, and screen-sharing tools. Test-takers must have a computer, high-speed internet, and a private, quiet space.

Setup & Onboarding:Candidates log in 15–20 minutes early for identity verification and to perform a 360-degree webcam scan of their testing area, ensuring it is well-lit and free of unauthorized materials.
Technology Requirements:A PC or laptop with a working webcam and microphone is required. In some cases, a secondary device (like a smartphone) is needed to provide a side-angle view of the desk.
Active Intervention:Unlike automated systems, live human proctors can immediately interact with the candidate if they notice suspicious behaviors, such as talking or looking off-screen.
Strict Security Measures:Proctors ensure no unauthorized applications or extra monitors are running and may ask to check the candidate's wrists and ears before beginning.
