• Accepted Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and PayPal in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Security: Payments are processed securely via a third-party gateway. TEPTH does not store your credit card details.
• Eligibility: Users must be 18 or older to make transactions.
• Restrictions: TEPTH complies with UAE law and does not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

• Group & Semi-private classes: Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Rescheduling a group class requires 48 hours' notice and unanimous agreement from all candidates.
• Private Tutoring: You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, the session is forfeited.
• Certificates: To earn a Certificate of Completion, you must attend the full course and pass the Mock Test. Attending at least 75% of the course qualifies you for a Certificate of Attendance.
• Cancellations: TEPTH may cancel or reschedule courses due to instructor illness, exam deliveries, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Physical Materials: Practice materials and books/prep. material are included in prep. courses.
• Returns: If you cancel or transfer courses, physical books must be returned in good condition, or you will be charged the retail price.
• Usage: All provided materials, especially teacher's books, are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing or publishing them is prohibited and punishable by UAE law.
• Exam Vouchers: Vouchers are non-refundable, treated as cash, valid only in the UAE, and must be redeemed before they expire. They do not cover late registration fees.

TEPTH offers online exam registration as a voluntary convenience for a fee of AED 150.

• Optional Service: Because this service is entirely voluntary, candidates can choose to book directly with the test provider to avoid this additional fee.
• Limitations: TEPTH is not responsible for seat availability, exam delivery issues, exam scoring, or the release of results.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If we are unable to secure a seat for your chosen test, you have the option to request a full refund or transfer your booking to the next available date. Please note that if the official exam provider cancels the test—whether due to low registration or other unforeseen circumstances—TEPTH assumes no liability. In such cases, you must contact the exam provider directly, as they are responsible for relocating your exam to a different venue or assigning a new date.

Students can earn up to 10% discount under the following conditions:

• Friends registering and paying together on-site.
• A single student registering for two or more courses.
• Returning students.

All refund requests must be submitted using the official, type-written Withdrawal/Refund Request Form and emailed to info@tepth.org Approved refunds take up to six weeks to process and must be claimed within eight weeks.

• Permitted Use: You may access the website and print pages solely for personal, non-commercial use.
• Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any website content, materials, or trademarks without written consent from TEPTH.
• Account Security: You are completely responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

• Accuracy: While TEPTH strives for accuracy, the information on the website is provided "as is." TEPTH is not liable for decisions made based on this information.
• Third-Party Links: External links are provided for convenience. TEPTH is not responsible for the content, safety, or services of third-party websites.
• Liability: TEPTH is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (such as data or financial loss) resulting from website use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by Sharjah courts.
